Eric Staggers was filled with the entrepreneurial spirit very early, and
committed himself to learning the ins and outs of business through hard work,
and perseverance. He has been the owner/operator of a Carpet Cleaning and
Maintenance company, a Baskin-Robbins franchise, a Subway franchise and two
other ice cream related businesses before purchasing Paradise Ice Cream in
1997 and developing it into what it is today. He remains committed to teaching,
and building upon undiscovered talents in others, as well.

Ramesi Bridgewater brings a wealth of corporate event planning and marketing
experience to Paradise Ice Cream. She began her career in retail management,
and then fulfilled a lifelong goal of working in the hospitality industry as a
Concierge, and eventually a Corporate Event Manager. After honing her marketing
and event planning/management skills with a variety of clients in the Washington
Metropolitan area she began with Paradise Ice Cream in 2000.

Marc Williams brings leadership experience and an eye for detail to Paradise
Ice Cream. He has previously worked as a Marketing Assistant for Resolution
Trust Corporation/FDIC. He was co-owner and Operator of the family-owned
Subway franchise for 5 years before leaving to become the Regional Marketing
Coordinator for the Motor Vehicle Certification Program. While at MVCP, Mr.
Williams took on the financial duties of one of the non-profit organizations
within his region. He has expanded the Vending Department to be a substantial
part of the business after joining the team earlier this year.
